You can apply for registration of a trademark for the Benelux territory on the website of the BOIP. If you are applying for registration of a Benelux trademark from Sint Maarten, you will need a correspondence address in the European Economic Area (EEA) or to enlist the services of a trademarks agent based in an EEA country.
You can file an international trademark based on a Sint Maarten trademark at the BIP office. Forms for international registration are available. Please complete the form, print it and send it to BIP by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. This form should be completed in English or in in French. The forms for the recordal of changes in the register, for renewing a registration or for expanding it to other countries (subsequent designation) are also available. Please complete the form you need, print it and send it to WIPO.
Applications for the registration of Community Trademarks (European trademarks) can be submitted here. This link will lead you to the downloadable application form on the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) site.
