Throwback Thursday!
The Bureau for Intellectual Property Sint Maarten (BIP SXM), in collaboration with the Netherlands Patent Office and international intellectual property expert Dr. Marsha Cadogan of Canaan Bridges Consulting in Canada, participated successfully in SMILE 2023.
During the workshop, Mrs. Vincentia Rosen-Sandiford, Director of BIP SXM, shared insights on 'The Importance of (international) IP Protection to Increase Market Value.' Additionally, Gijs van Hoorn (Advisor at the Netherlands Patent Office) presented on 'About patents and how to use them,' while Dr. Marsha Cadogan covered 'Leveraging Business Growth through Trade and Innovation Strategies.'
