BIP SXM is excited to announce that we launched our fully digital e-filing system for trademark applications on February 16th, 2026. This new platform will make submitting and managing your applications faster, easier and more efficient than ever.

Transition from PDF to e-filing

For the time being, the Bureau will continue to accept trademark applications via the existing editable PDF form, ensuring a smooth and flexible experience for all users. 
 
We assure you that a full transition to the e-filing will be communicated in a timely manner.
